Unhinged and desperate

Campaign 2012

It’s happening. Right before your eyes. History in the making.

The political left in this country appears to be imploding. The past couple of weeks have seen story after story after story on idiotic remarks, outlandish statements, and the promoting of ridiculous policies which fail to resonate with the American people from the get go.

What is it with these people? What in the world happened to the Democrat party? It’s morphed into this conglomeration of fools heightened by their thoughtless policies which have done NOTHING to better the lives of anyone in this country! And rather than stepping back, taking stock, and getting serious about tackling the problems we ALL face, they continue down this road of senseless proposals, demonization of those that attempt solid, constructive efforts, and pandering to their oblivious base.

The latest sees Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) calling for President to “refinance every home mortgage” and encouraging him to act ‘unilaterally’…to do what he can to bypass Congress with more ridiculous, failed attempts at salvaging the economy.

"To hell with the Constitution! The President should be empowered to do whatever he'd like, in other words, let's give him a blank check!"

Then we have Vice President Biden, arguably one of the biggest buffoons in politics, claiming if the President’s “jobs bill” isn’t passed, we’ll face a crime wave….rapes, murders, arson….basically the Apocalypse!

"Even 'I' don't believe some of the things that come out of my mouth!"

This is YOUR vice president!….

Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) has some important items on her agenda! Because, as you all know, NOTHING is more imperative on our national stage right now than free diapers for the poor! Yep, you read correctly. It’s vital to our national interest that the DIAPER Act is enacted!

"I think it is very important that the government help families with their s**t!"

These are just a few of the notable items that indicate how detached and distanced these people are from most Americans. Add to the whole scenario additional stories like The Washington Post’s hit piece on Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-NV) claim that the private sector job market is doing just fine (see previous post), and you can see how low they’ve sunk. The sad part is, with a year to go before the election, we ain’t seen nothin’ yet!

"If you think things are bad now, give me 4 more years and you will not even recognize this country!"
